Lilly Ferrer
Lilly Ferrer is a certified Integral Coach (New Ventures West) with an M.S. in Organization Development from Loyola University. She is trained in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Gallup’s Q12 employee engagement survey, and MRG’s 360 Leadership Effectiveness Analysis.
Lilly brings over 13 years in human resources and training, 6 years leading organization development teams, and 10+ years in client-facing account management. Her experience includes strategic planning, team building, employee engagement, workshop facilitation, and leading large-scale meetings and conferences, including stakeholder collaboration on multi-million-dollar projects.
She recently retired from a long career as a civil servant, where she served as Engagement Champion for the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and Membership Director for the ICF Chicago Chapter. Lilly now coaches with Shamrock Consultants and lives in Lemont with her husband and their dog, Finley.
