Assessments, Workshops & Coaching

Shamrock utilizes proven methods to empower your leaders.  The steps below can be used together or separately. Each situation is different, so we completely customize our approach based on your needs.

As an objective third party, we focus on getting leaders to open up and provide candid, positive feedback. We also elicit critical feedback from the floor on the impact of the current leadership style. A summary report identifying assessment findings are presented to decision makers at the conclusion of the assessment.

These are one- to two-day interactive workshops customized to address the current leadership gap(s) that may be getting in the way of your team's success. The workshops are practical, and address areas of opportunity on the individual and organizational level, encouraging participants to commit to action steps designed to apply the learning from the seminar.

  • Elevate leadership standards - We raise the participants’ awareness of the leadership skills and opportunity gaps that were identified during the assessment process.
  • Strengthen both the individual and team leadership capabilities.
  • Create a mindset and corresponding behavior plan to integrate the new leadership skills.
  • Ultimately, leverage the skills to develop a site culture that aligns with both current goals and future culture shifts. (SAP, New Products/Projects, Goal Adjustment etc.)
These confidential, individualized sessions are designed to address the individual strengths and/or gaps in leadership behavior. Goals are determined both during the initial session and through the use of accountability, homework challenges, and action steps.

  • Leadership-focused: Acknowledge the individual strengths of the participant(s), and determine how to use these strengths to build individual and group capabilities.
  • Growth-focused: Elevate skill levels to match increase in demand of role responsibilities. Raise the individuals capabilities to meet the demand of the position.
  • Transformative: The individual begins to adapt, adjust or change beliefs and behaviors that do not serve them, while we deepen the learning of the tools to make them more applicable day to day. This helps make the tools “real” in day to day activities, NOT something they will just put on a shelf.
