A Few Words from John P. Casey
I founded Shamrock in 1994 with a two-word Vision: Quality and Excellence. Since then, we have never sacrificed those two values.
While working in the manufacturing industry since 1985, with over 1500 manufacturing organizations, I’ve learned a thing or two: Productivity is worth all of your cost-cutting initiatives combined. At the end of the day, isn’t that what it’s all about? Improved performance, improved productivity, return on investment. We know the difference between good and great, because we’ve been there when it happens. Traditional staff surveys don’t work.
